Creating requests for free, online consultation on TALHospitals is super-duper easy and quick.

• Login to your TALHospitals account. If you don’t have one, sign up and register as a Member.
• Click on the Create Request button (top right/ overview page/ my requests page).
• Fill in the form:
• Choose who you are creating your request for – Yourself, loved one or someone else.
• Don’t forget to give a detailed description of your health concern including symptoms and other relevant details.
• Add a voice note to explain to the doctor.
• Add supporting documents such as medical history of the patient, prior prescriptions, test reports, images, and anything else that would help the doctor help you.
• Click Submit.

Our admin team will review your campaign and publish it. When patients apply to your campaign, you will be notified on your registered email. To view applicants,

• Login to your TALHospitals account.
• Go to My Campaigns page.
• Choose the specific campaign page.
• The list of applicants with basic details is available on the right side under the Applicants section.

Yes, you can create requests for anyone else (non-commercial purposes only) using your TALHospitals account and upload medical records for the request. However, you will not be able to store or manage their medical records using your TALHospitals account as of now. You may want to consider creating a separate account for them if you wish to digitally store and manage their medical records.

• Click on the Create Request button.
• In the form, choose the appropriate option for Creating Request for question.
• Follow the rest of the steps of creating the Request as explained in the previous question on How to create a request.

There is no upper limit on the number of free online consultations and follow ups per individual as of now. As long as you use the online consultation feature, you will have free access.
